An exhibition in light and dark
Satellite is a light-based exhibition which showcases work by artists from In Context 3, South Dublin County Council’s Per Cent for Art programme. The artworks are made by using light, colour and images which are projected on the pavements, windows and walls of the new Library Square, which will shortly see the opening of The County Library, Tallaght, a major new civic amenity.
